Storage Cube For The Kids

storage for kids

Remember when I told you that my mom bought these storage box/ storage cube/seat from SuperStore in the clearance section that was original $15.00 but now was for $7.00? In case you missed that post I shared, I showed you what I did with mine.

Here is mine:

There is really no right or wrong way to use these storage cubes. If you want to see more you can check out my post Loving the Storage Box. Now I want to show what I had done with them for my siblings. I place each on the side of the bed. (Ha try hiding toy and clothes there now siblings!) I planned out what will be going in these storage boxes.

1. Furtherest Box

I decided to put books in this since the last place it was (top shelve of a closet) was too high to reach. This is a better solution.

 2. Middle Box

Was for those extra backpacks, small purses, out of season shoes and extra blankets.

3. Last Box

More box, with three siblings, comes a ton of books. I originally wanted to put their stuff animals but the kids liked the idea of placing them on top of the storage box so that they can sit next to them of course.

Now the kids can have a clean, multi-use section with storage and seating. Best of both worlds!

Also, a great place for stuff animal to catch up on their sleep while the kids are gone.

Did you really think that is all? Of course not! Go on and explore I’d love to share more with you, check out my about page! I hope you have some time, I would love to hear from you. 3. Oh, this is a great idea! With three girls sharing a room (plus little brother who seems to have moved in… he no longer puts up with how messy the teenage boys are in the boys' room, he'd rather be with the "neater" girls!), this idea will come in handy!

  7. Nice post hope you like my post. The boxes you use are important. To minimize damage, select boxes suitable for your items. Make sure that your boxes are not packed too heavy as they can break open, or too light as they can crush when stacked.
