Today I am sharing a My Registry Review. There are so wedding registries out there and I thought I would take the time to help you find the one that fits you. Nowadays, couples want a simpler way to do their wedding registries and don’t want to just have to choose from one store. The way we used to do our wedding registry has changed for the better. Engaged couples want a variety of products and experiences to choose from instead of just the items at single-brand stores. Why one store when you can choose from any store?
When planning for my wedding I knew that I wanted to use MyRegistry.com! Yes, I knew that this was the only wedding registry site where I could input all my wedding registries from different stores into one spot for my wedding guest. My goal was to make it a simpler experience for my guests.
About My Registry:
My Registry. Instead of just one store, you can choose any item from any website worldwide for your wedding registry or other registries like baby registries and more. They give you the option to sync your already made registry to their site. You can also register for cash gifts and send out e-cards to announce your registry. On the go grab their app. You can sign up by email, Facebook or Google+.

How does it work?
It is really easy to set up. All you need to do is set up an account by creating a registry. Then from there, you are able to sync from all your other registries or you can use the suggested product that they curated for you or search on their site for products that you will love. If you don’t have registries from other websites, you can also input links from other stores yourself as well. Lastly, you can customize your guest experience with information about you as a couple too!

Add more than gifts!
What I think is awesome about My Registry, is that you don’t only have to put products. Such as gift cards and cash funds.
Here are some cash fun ideas you can add to your wedding registry:
Honeymoon Fund
House Downpayment Fund
Road Trip
Charity
Romantic Dinners
Couple’s Massage
Resort
Round Trip Airfare
Breakfast in Bed
Wine Tasting
City Tour
Or Create Your Own Fund
Wedding Registry Checklist
Although I already have a wedding registry in my wedding planner in my free printable library, I thought it was brilliant that this site had one too. The best part is that you can check it off as you put items on your registry. I mean who doesn’t love a good checklist!
My Registry Review – Why do I love It?
This wouldn’t be a good My Registry review unless I told you all the reasons why I love this company. I did find it really easy to use and it was easy to sync the items I wanted from stores like Amazon. Since there were many stores that I wanted with no registry, this site made my life easy by allowing me to input the product by using a URL link.
Unfortunately, the only thing that I didn’t like was that it couldn’t tell when there were doubles of a product. I had a few guests mention that there were doubles of the same product on my registry. Upon further investigation, I realize that before I synced my items, I had input some of them manually so the system didn’t realize that some were duplicates but thought they were a new gift.
Final Thoughts
That is it for my registry review! If you are going to start making your wedding registry, choose one that allows you to add products and gifts from any store out there. You do not want to have to be tied down to certain brands or stores but have variety! After all, you deserve the options from all the stores you love and not settle for ones on one store. Get the gifts you want and give My Registry a chance, you won’t regret it.
