This week was supposed to be strictly for relaxing, but knowing me, that doesn’t happen. I spent the week blogging, working on new projects, falling asleep on myself and sneaking in some frozen treats. We had a back to school brunch on Monday, filled with delicious breakfast food that I shared below. Bacon was the star… don’t know if that is the Canadian in me or not, but it was a must-have for our family.
