This past week, I decided that I needed a small break. After work, I went downtown and enjoyed myself a movie and dinner with my best friend. I also added a little window shopping as well. Sometimes, I forget to take a moment to myself with the rush of life and just take a moment to breathe, relax, and de-stress at least for an hour or two.
