Right now, we are all learning. Let’s talk about how to organize and diversify your life? Real talk, we all have work to do and we all need to shake things up.
If you are new to my blog, I welcome you with open arms. My name is Shanice Bannis and I am an organizing expert. I help busy moms and women take control of their household by removing clutter, mastering their time & simplifying their lives. If that sounds great, you have come to the right place.
Step 1 – Declutter Yourself Â
We have been through the quarantine organizing for our homes. Accomplished decluttering and purging our homes because we have the time to do so during the quarantine. As of this week, we are doing it again but differently. We are now decluttering ourselves, our brains, our mindsets, our hearts, and our views of the way we used to see things. Doing personal work and reflection on ourselves to make a change within our lives. That is step one.
To organize change within ourselves and within our businesses, we need to spread love. We need to add diversity. Categorizing a new section within our conversations, our home, and our media. Amplifying the desire of love, positive vibes, positive minds, and positive views!
That means, educating yourself with books, movies, and podcasts. Here is a list of ways you can educate yourself:
Listening to the words either written or spoken are powerful. You need to read the words to get the facts, see the facts shown on the screen and listen to the facts to hear the truth. Access all the resources that are available to you, everyone is sharing them.
Step 3 – Daily Diversity Habit
Take the education you are learning and put it into action by applying diversity in all aspects of your life, that means your friendships, the ones your hire in your business or life as well as educating your children on what to do to keep spreading love in their life. When hiring, you want to make sure that you are shining the light and passing the microphone to open doors for others to shine their voice.
Here are some excellent entrepreneurs and business owners that you can support:
Remember this is not one day, one week or one-month action you need to take. Just like organizing, it is not something you do once and it’s done, you have to continue to put the effort towards it to maintain it. Continue it each day for this is something that needs to be a daily habit. There is power in your example.
