Flower Crown – DIY Wedding Feature

Flower Crown | City of Creative Dreams

Hey, welcome to this week’s DIY Wedding Feature. This week I came across this DIY Flower Crown by the blog Free Spirit Handmade at my City of Links Party #29 and pictured tons of ideas of how you can use it in your wedding.

Remember when I made something similar for my sister’s princess party? You can check out that post here – Two Last Minute Princesses Outfit Ideas. Today’s post from Free Spirit Handmade is another way for you to make this flower crown. Here are a few ways that you can add this idea to your wedding.

This week’s DIY wedding feature is… Flower Crown

My first thought was defiantly perfect for flower girls but you could also use it for the bridesmaid or even the bride herself. For the flower girls and bridesmaids, you can match the colour of the flowers to match their dresses or even the colours of the wedding. For the bride, you can go classic white or take it a step further and really make the bride really stand out by matching the flowers to her flower bouquet.

If you are not looking to wear it you can always use it as a base for your vase on the guest tables. It will add pops of colour in a unique sense instead of doing what everyone expects the flowers to be. You could also have both flowers inside and outside of the vase as well. There are never enough flowers!
