This week, I have spent quite a bit of time with the Buddha Board. You can say, I have had a Buddha-full week (Sorry but I had, to say it). So far, I have shared a no sew, stylish case cover that I made for the Buddha Board as well as tips for achieving self-peace with the Buddha Board.
This product is known for creating a relaxing space, mind, and body. It works fantastic for those days when coffee is not enough and you don’t have time to book yourself a well-needed massage or vacation away to a tropical island that looks very similar to the picture on your calendar.

Benefits
Another great benefit is that anyone can use it. It is great for kids to adults to seniors. There are also no real rules to how to use it. You paint what you wish and it disappears. Even simple strokes of the paintbrush against the board were relaxing. The first time I used it, I was surprised how instantly calm and relaxed I was. My son enjoyed himself when I let him try it out too.
There is no need for a bit clean up after kids are done with it. Which is nice! The water evaporates on the canvas for you and before you know it. It looks like you have a brand new board every time. The more water you use the longer the image stays on your board and the opposite happens when you use less water.
