Even though it is great to power through it is also important to make time for yourself. Stress is not something to mess with. As much as we aim to be stress-free it is easier said than done. Stress weighs you done emotionally and physically so you need to restart your body by taking time away from the wedding planning and having a moment to yourself to unwind.

Don’t make the mistakes past brides have made. It does not help you in the long run. You burn out faster and do not enjoy your experience as much. So take the time to create a budget and break down your tasks so that you are not taking on too much.
